PIXI™ platform is provided by EMPOWER TECHNOLOGIES INC. The platform was built by seasoned veterans of the Printing & Promotional industry, who bring over 120 man years of experience. They bring vast knowledge and understanding of technology, supplier and distributor processes and print production requirements. That knowledge and understanding has helped build a frictionless platform that’s extremely easy to use.

PIXI platform is designed to give you the maximum upside by working directly with reputed suppliers. Simple and easy! Register online and build your first PIXI store for yourself, a business or a fund raiser. Select products from our fulfillment partners, upload your logo/artwork, set your store profit margin, and you are online and open for business.  You can set your store profit margin at 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% or more.

As products are ordered from your store, your preset profit margin on each product is set aside for direct deposit payments via ACH on the 15th of the next month.

They are the most reputed best in class suppliers that meet the stringent requirement of quality, execution and delivery. Our preferred supplier list includes Vantage, Edwards Garment, MMC, Custom Color Solutions, Origaudio, Handstand Promos, Paramount Caps and Screen Works. We are constantly adding more to this list to give you the widest choice of products.

Sales Taxes are the responsibility of each store owner. Be sure to include sales tax in your setup configuration within your PIXI™ stores.

At the top of our website is a Sign Up Now button. Please click there to open the Registration form. Complete the entire form and submit.  You will receive your authorization code via email.

PIXI™, comes with no registration, no setup and no transaction fees (other than the 4% credit card processing fee for accepting online payments). 

We have made it very simple. You can build as many stores as you want completely FREE. No setup cost. No hosting cost. Nothing!

PIXI™ pays your store profits via ACH direct-pay into your checking account. To set-up ACH payments, PIXI™ will need your bank’s Routing and Checking account number.

Getting started is as easy as 1,2,3. You can start building your store by clicking the Create your store button on this website. The building process is quite simple. First select your favorite store template design, then upload your store Logo/Artwork, select the products you wish to sell, and finally decide what price you wish to sell your store products for. In your store setup you will upload one Logo for your store header and a second Logo for applying to products.  You can use the same Logo for both Store and products if desired.

When you upload the logo/ design you will be immediately notified if they meet the criteria required. At the minimum the artwork must meet the following

  • Resolution should be 300 dpi
  • We accept the following file formats: PNG, JPEG, EPS
  • Click on the link “Artwork requirement” to know more.

You confirm this content does not infringe any laws or third-party rights like copyright, trademark, or personality rights. Any violations will be the responsibility of the seller and not of PIXI or it’s parent company Empower Technologies Inc.

Do not worry! Upload the art file you have and authorize us to make the artwork production ready. For a nominal fee of $25, our art team will create both the art needed for digital printing as well as for embroidery.

PIXI™ store platform offers you 100s of different products.  You can add as many products from the product library as you want depending upon your specific requirement. You can filter and choose products by “category” or “color” or “price” or not use the filter at all and access the entire gallery. Just click the “add” button next to each product you wish to place within your store.

Next to each product within your store Admin, you can select the “disable” button for products to stop selling it from your store. Please be advised that products disabled from store will still be fulfilled if they are currently “in process” at the time.

PIXI™ offers 2 options for setting your store pricing; you can either add a universal mark-up or universal margin to all products under all subscriptions.  The 2nd option allows Sellers to set mark/margins by product category.

At this time, PIXI™ does not allow Sellers to add products outside on the PIXI™ fulfillment partners. However, you can suggest a supplier and product you are interested in and we will check if that supplier meets our qualifying criteria’s and if they do then we will invite them to become part of PIXI™.  Please know that we continue to add more products to our program so you continue to enjoy the widest selection. Click on the link “Request to add Vendor” to submit fulfillment partners and products for consideration to be added to the BUY1 program.

Yes, your PIXI™ store will be a separate url and hosted independently, you can link your PIXI™ store to your current website.

To help you promote your store we have made it very simple to connect to the social media of your choice. With just one click you can connect to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.

We provide an “easy come and easy go!” attitude. In your admin you have the option to turn off any store under your management. Products in processing will be completed and store will remain active till the end of your subscription period.

You will be notified on every new order placed within your store(s) by email. In addition, your Store Admin console will display each order along with the current status.

Orders Completed will display the tracking # from the respective fulfillment partner. Click on the Tracking # to visit the carrier’s home page for status of delivery.

Orders are immediately placed with our Vendors and processed typically that same day.  Therefore, once your customer has placed an order, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

To receive an authorized RMA from PIXI™, please click here “Return Order” to request via your Admin dashboard. Please provide reason for return merchandise authorization.
